So you’re crazy busy.

Life is running you in circles.

Yet, you can’t help those pangs of worry that sneak into your head in those rare, quiet moments.

What if you could do better? Live better? Be a more fun, fearless, organised and brave version of yourself?

You dream of being calm in the face of chaos. Of saying yes to new and scary things. Going places. And filling your life with moments to be proud of.

But how do you do big things when your every day seems impossible. Where do you begin?

With real, achievable actions. And by celebrating imperfection.

A bit about me

I’m a writer. A mother. A watcher of life. And once (more years ago than I care to admit), I left the windy shores of New Zealand as a twenty-something backpacker with a stack of Lonely Planet guides and a head full of dreams.

I spent three years working and travelling the world. Mostly, on my own.

Now, I’ve still got a head full of dreams. But it’s tempered with crate-loads of life experiences. They help me every day as I navigate the crazy waters of work, play and kids.

Grab Life Go is about grabbing life by the horns, breaking free of the invisible shackles that hold you back and living a not-so-perfect life that enriches your soul.

Join me. I’d love to have you along for the ride.

And if you’re not keen, I’m fine with that too. You’re welcome back at any time.

Someone once told me I'm too practical for my own good. Maybe I am? I'm learning not to be. What I am good at though is setting boundaries, clinging stubbornly to my belief that I can do something I've put my mind to, and being so planned and organised that people around me think I'm a freak.  Oh, and I also drop a ball every now and again. Yup, I'm human too.
